Management
The management runs the day-to-day affairs of the Collegium Polonicum and prepares the budget and reports on the activities of the institution. The management consists of the following persons:

Standing committee
The highest governing body of the Collegium Polonicum is the Standing Commission, which consists of the Rector of the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznan (AMU), the President of the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) (EUV), the pro-rector of the UAM relevant to the Collegium Polonicum, the vice-president of the UEV relevant to the Collegium Polonicum, and two further members elected by the Rector of the UAM and the President of the UEV. The Director of the Collegium Polonicum also attends meetings of the Commission. The Commission meets several times a year and its competences include advising on the budget of the CP, proposing the employment of staff, proposing the creation or abolition of fields of study at the CP, accepting reports on the activities of the institution and adopting resolutions of major importance for the activities and development of the Collegium Polonicum.
