Spring Awakening: Collegium Polonicum and Twin Cities for greenery

On March 21st, the event "Spring Awakening: Twin Cities for Greenery" took place at the Collegium Polonicum Library. Residents of Słubice and Frankfurt (Oder) jointly greened the area, which will soon become a place for relaxation. Thanks to this initiative, Collegium Polonicum will gain an inviting space that will foster integration and relaxation for CP students.

The action was part of a revitalization project for the square, which will be named "Twin Cities Square" / "Two Town Square" by July 2025. The next edition will take place on April 5th, and the official naming ceremony will be held on July 19th during the 4th Frankfurt-Słubice Citizen's Picnic.

The project is being implemented as part of the "Common Ground" program by the Robert Bosch Foundation in cooperation with the Foundation for Collegium Polonicum, the Municipality of Słubice, and the City of Frankfurt (Oder).
